There will be an opportunity to state your previous experience but we don't require CV's as part of the application process. We have a strengths based recruitment process and we test you on your strengths and not your previous experience.

So would I be correct in saying that the strengths based recruitment process is far more important than work experience, like internships or placements?

Hi Faiza, yes that is correct. We don't require work experience for our student roles so we look at the strengths you are able to demonstrate in the recruitment process instead (eg, team-working, adaptability, logic, etc)
