I have, I find that the most important thing is to be transparent with the people you work with about what your non-negotiables are in terms of work-life balance and I have always found my teams to be really supportive of these.

I agree with Laura on this one. I have set myself hard boundaries which means when the work day is done, the laptop goes off. I have other activities in my personal life with 2 children, so finding that balance is very important early on! Be transparent with your team about your time/plans/commitments. We all have them.
