The teams you work with are very understanding and appreciate if you are studying for an exam whilst working, as long as you make people aware of your situation you will get the support.

It is definitely challenging don't get me wrong, but 100% worth it and achievable if you manage your time effectively.

Can I ask, how long it takes to obtain your degree whilst doing the apprenticeship?

As a business apprentice it is around 4.5 years.
It sounds like a long time but this is because you also have to complete a minimum amount of training and work days - 450 working days.

Honestly, I found it slightly difficult juggling both simultaneously. But I prefer the way EY organise your studying. You have a few days every few months when you attend virtual college and then you have an exam 2/3 weeks later. This means that you can focus on work - especially during busy season - and not worry about work commitments
