They amount of study leave you are given really depends on which exam you are sitting. You receive a certain number of days for the learning to ensure you are able to go to college for the full course, and then you will also be given the day off for the exam. You'll get paid fully for any college time. Any extra time that you need to take to revise can be taken as holiday, or you can ask for unpaid leave.

I've generally found EY to be very supportive with exams, granting holiday/unpaid leave requests ahead of exams if you do feel like you need extra time for revision.

Good question!

I echo the above - it does depend on the exam you are sitting, however I have found EY to be very supportive and flexible. For the majority of exam blocks, we were given around 6 weeks fixed study leave dates, but for our final exam we could choose a portion of our study leave days.

We were fully paid and sponsored (i.e., we did not pay any fees for the qualification) throughout.
