What does diversity mean in terms of educational background for EY and how negative or positive is it?
Additional information
In terms of negative or positive I mean if applicants from no numerical degrees are less possible to be hired than others. Thank you very much

Hi Christina, we look for students to apply from all academic backgrounds and from different degree subjects! It is more focused on how you perform in the application process than what you have studied at university. For anyone who doesn't study a numerical degree then we recommend that you practice online numerical tests for the best chance of success in our online tests!

Hi, I attended the Women in Tax programme this year and have secured an internship at EY next year. and I'm currently studying politics and international relations with is not maths-based at all. I was also worried about this but don't worry as I was reassured that you are taught anything that you need to know and you don't need a maths background to excel

Hi Rachel thank you so much for the advise and quick response. I am really happy as I was a little bit concerned. May I ask regarding to work âstyle’ are you looking for people who can work independently mostly, as part of a team or both please?

Hi Christina, I'd say that there is definitely a mixture of both. Some tasks will involve independent working and others will involve team-working so we're looking for people who are comfortable doing both!
