consulting

Hey, apologies for the delay in responding. It was quite a seamless transition moving from science into consulting. A lot of the skills you pick up from doing a science degree are transferable, e.g being analytical, the attention to detail, being curious/inquisitive.. There are also opportunities to work with pharmaceutical clients etc. so you are able to bring some of your science background to work with you. Similarly if you enjoy technology, I find there is a lot of overlap between science and technology. I wouldn't say doing a science degree holds you back in any way, nor do you find yourself at a disadvantage to others. I hope this helps :)
