Hello,
I think as a graduate the most important thing is to show enthusiasm for what you are applying for. EY will provide training on the job, so it's more about showing interest in the industry and working for EY. Research some of the recent transactions that interest you to potentially discuss at an interview. Consider why you think a role in SaT would suit you and then illustrate this.
