Hello - we have a annual performance review at EY where all colleagues get the opportunity to show the hard work they've been doing. You would work with your counsellor on completing your performance review and you collate feedback from colleagues that you've been working with. Based on this, there is scope to have an increase in salary to suit your performance improvements.
