What would be your advice for the online application tests?
Additional information
I am a current first year student at the University of Nottingham and I have wanted to work at EY for a long time as it is a company I respect. However, whilst applying for the Discover EY programme i was rejected at the numerical reasoning test phase. Given how I really want to develop a relationship with EY in the future any advice would be appreciated as I look to apply for internships and industrial placements.

Hi Naved - thank you for your question. The best advice we can give to students who are at the Numerical Reasoning stage is to practice using online tests. We use Capp and they have lots of practice tests online. The tests are measured on both speed and accuracy so practice makes perfect and getting used to the styles of questions. You can also use Assessment Days on Capp as there are lots of resources there for you.
