Hi Gerwyn, I would describe it as very inclusive and flexible. Everyone who I have worked with so far has been very friendly and nice!

We meet again. No office politics then? I assume everyone moves forward with one aim?

From my experience EY have a great teaming culture and I also have not personally experienced or heard anyone have such experience. If you're having any problems you can always speak to your counsellor or team manager

Wow, Counsellors, that's new to me. I simply ask to gauge team dynamics.

Yes everyone is assigned a counsellor, who is your formal contact to talk about career progression, review your feedback and also talk about any issues you may be having at work.
You work with a different mix of people for different projects

The career counselor that is assigned, do they only there for the duration of a graduate scheme job or for my full career at EY?

Everyone has a counsellor at every stage of their career...your counsellor may change as you progress as they try align you with someone who is about 2 levels above you
