Hello, thank you for your question. When you join us on the summer internship you will find out more about how you will be fast tracked to the graduate scheme following completion of your summer internship. Your performance on your summer internship will count towards if you are fast tracked to the graduate scheme or not. There is a place for all summer interns to convert to the graduate scheme following their internship.
