Additional information

After graduating with a 2:1 in 2013, I spent a lot of time travelling and have since returned to the UK and am working in customer service. I am looking to build a career but am concerned that at 26 I am too old and graduated too long ago for graduate programs, what is your advice?

Hi Steve! There is no such thing as too old at EY, we value people of different backgrounds and experiences. Please don't hesitate in applying because you graduated in 2013.

Hi Steve. I graduated in 2015 and started at EY in 2017 (aged 25!) It didn't make any difference at all to my experience, in fact having a bit of work experience before I joined helped me when I got started at EY. Good luck applying!

Hey Steve, as mentioned in other answers, there is no such thing as too old. I have three degrees including a masters and when I started with EY (age 24) my seniors and managers were all either my age or even younger than me. I thought it might be awkward working in such a situation but just the level of professionalism people are at EY you would not feel the age gap at all. Everyone is treated with utmost respect and it has been the best year of my life meeting all my team members and starting work at EY.
