Just speaking from experience, I've generally found that I've worked with people from other service lines as I've gained more experience and taken on greater responsibility. For example, I have worked more with our real estates team and pension specialists in recent months, as they helped us in providing a review of valuation and actuary reports.

It can vary a little bit depending on your office location. In London UKI Audit, you are allocated a 'home' (such as Energy, TMT, etc.). You can ask to work on clients in other 'homes', either through your resourcing department or by speaking to managers you have worked with. Regarding working with colleagues in other service lines (like tax, CCaSS), it depends on how complex your client is. In some clients you will work with colleagues from multiple service lines, while in other clients it may be solely audit colleagues you work with
