You're treated as a valued project team member from day 1, so expect to be put on projects very quickly and asked to help out with analysis that will directly impact the final deliverable. If you are studying at college, this is a great way to meet other graduates from a variety of grad schemes across your office. Also, your counselling family/ wider office team will put on social events so that you can get to know your team better.

I have found the culture to be great and full of learning opportunities. You will have the chance to grow exponentially over the course of your grad scheme and get involved in various interesting projects. There are also plenty of opportunities to get involved in other things outside of the day-to-day role, such as CSR, culture events, socials etc. In terms of maintaining a work-life balance, in my experience the busiest I have been was during the periods where I was balancing work and exams, but there is a lot of support for you (counsellors, buddies etc) and hopefully you will have a peer group that you can lean on as well. College is also a great way to meet new people.
