We run both virtual and in-person assessment centres - the type you undertake will depend on the role you are applying for. Both virtual and in-person assessment centres include a group assessment and an individual assessment.

For the group exercise, we're looking for candidates who can show strong communication skills, strong team work and good analysis of the materials.

like can you give example of how can one show string team work and communication skills. Like what makes you come to a decision that this candidate has good communication skills?

Ensure you understand the materials provided, summarise information in a clear and concise way, include quieter members of the group in the conversation and keep an eye on the time to ensure you complete the task on time.

If you are a quieter member of the group, is this seen as a more negative thing in comparison to being a louder/more outgoing person?

Being a slightly more introverted group member is not perceived negatively. However, we can only mark a candidate on what they have said during the exercise, so it is important to get involved in the discussion and share your views.
