What sets working at EY apart from working at the other Big 4 or any other professional services firm?

From a personal experience, I would say the supportive culture. EY has incredible teams of employees and great excellent support networks. Graduates and apprentices are all provided with mentors, alongside their supervisors and people are always very keen to help you with tasks and explain new concepts.
