Personally, I think research and practice are the 2 best ways to prepare. I researched what the firm did, it's values and any news articles involving the firm at the time of my interview. I also did interview practice with teachers at school and parents so I was comfortable with constructing answers.

The social culture at EY is incredibly inclusive, with EY Networks being at the forefront of interactions between employees from all backgorunds. There are a range of EY Networks to be involved with including, the Women's Network, Ability Network etc. which is a great way to connect with your colleagues from all backgrounds. Beyond the professional environment, EY encourages work-life balance with a variety of social activities. These can range from team outings to wellness initiatives, and even charity events, all of which help create strong connections. There’s also a real emphasis on diversity and inclusion, with initiatives in place to ensure everyone feels valued and supported.
Overall, EY fosters a dynamic and welcoming culture, with socials available for all.
