What skills have you gained since you joined?

In terms of the job itself, I can see a drastic improvement in my technical skills. As you are almost immediately involved in client work, you gain first hand experience of technical areas straight away that you can see across various clients. Initially, these areas may be confusing and you might not understand all the reasoning but there will always be someone who will gladly help explain it to you. Along side this, I have gained extensive experience with communication skills as you engage with clients and your team and task management skills as you work on managing deadlines across various clients.
