Hi Kai - Great question! We do have a flexible working system so you can choose which days you would like to work from home, or from the office. As a new joiner, I would advise coming in to the office as much as possible, as it gives the wider team a chance to get to know you, and you them. It is also great for learning from those around you.

Yes, that's the basic idea I was working off as well. Being in university over Covid has given me quite enough experience to know I learn better in person, no sense ignoring that.

For new joiners, coming into the office is invaluable for networking with peers and learning from work colleagues. But its great that also have flexibility to work from home!

Since starting in September, I've definitely tried to come into the office as much as I can. It's a really good way to get to know people not just from behind a screen! But the flexibility and option to work from home is also great
