To clarify, this is largely from my PoV with autism, because a lot of the interview process can come across as deeply obscure and the heavy emphasis on online methods is tricky to navigate for me.

Hi Kai! A great question. There's a few different things worth mentioning here. First, we offer adjustments to our candidates that can make the process more accessible. More information can be found on our website, and there is an opportunity to provide details around specific challenges you may face. Our teams will then review, and accommodate where we can. The second thing to note is that EY champions diversity. In fact, we have developed the 'Neurodivergent Centre of Excellence' within EY, where we have hired hundreds of neurodivergent individuals.
Beyond that, I would recommend joining our application success webinars. We are hosting one tomorrow, and they provide a deep dive into the application process. This includes sharing examples of numerical reasoning, situational judgement, and motivational responses.
