What advice would you have for the partner interview stage?

Hi Harry - I think the best advice would be to be yourself. By this stage of the process, you have demonstrated your skills and now the partner would like to see who you are! Prepare a few questions you would like to ask in advance, (as an example, maybe you could ask about the firm and office's culture). I think the key is to try and show confidence in your own abilities.
