In your opinion, what are the most important soft skills to work on that the usual qualification process might miss?

Hi Kai, thanks for your question. Some of the key soft skills we look for from candidates are strong communication skills (verbal and written), team working, resilience, adaptability and resilience. We also look for students with strong numerical ability and proficiency in using Excel. Hope this is helpful! :)
