Hello Lucy, thanks for your question. We try not to look at number of years' experience when viewing candidates although there will be an element of looking at the number of years to get indication for more senior roles ie Manager level and above. The best indication for us is viewing a profile of a candidate that may be applying to a similar level role or may be looking for the next step up in promotion. In terms of specialised candidates, I wouldn't necessarily say we prefer but more that we would appreciate the skill shortage in certain areas that would require a specific skill set
