Hi Izzie! I'm a final-year student at St Andrews interested in pursuing a graduate programme with EY. I understand that applications are made through specific business areas but I was just wondering if the programme is rotational at all or if it specialised from the start?

Hi Bengu, hope you're well! Thank you for your question and great to hear that you're interested in applying. The programme isn't rotational in the sense that once you're assigned to a team, you will be in the team for the 3 year grad scheme. However, there are always plenty of opportunities to try out new things, take on work from other teams if you have capacity and go for coffee with people in other teams. I've also been part of trainings where other team's contribute. We also interact with people from other business areas from time to time i.e. Tax teams interact with Audit teams on audits. I hope this helps!
