Additional information

Do you consider consulting to be a constant challenge? I see myself as a very curious person, and I believe consulting might be the right fit for me! In addition, what advice would you have to someone applying to the consulting programme? Thank you for your time.

Hi Elena - great question! I think as a consultant, it's extremely beneficial to have good communication skills, so that you can effectively convey ideas, listen to clients and facilitate discussions. It is also great to be flexible, so that you can respond quickly to changing circumstances and client needs. These are both skills you will pick up on the job, but having good examples of your experience in these areas will support your application process.

I would also advise during the application process to research which area of consulting interests you the most (e.g. Technology, Business, People), and once you've decided, look into key market trends and the news. Curiosity is a great attribute to have as a consultant, as your role will be varied depending on the client project, so it sounds like you are looking into the right area. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
