I have applied to EY empower through the Bright Network. Can I also apply to the growth and strategy internship on the EYP website?

If I have accidentally applied for a vacancy I may not be eligible for, can I apply for a different one and retract the pervious application?

If you are not eligible for a role, the application form should not let you continue (eg, if you are in the wrong graduation year). Then you should be able to go back to select a different programme
