Can the EY Experience day and the final interview be done outside the country? And if successful, do candidates need to stay within the UK to get a visa? Thank you so much.

The EY Experience day is done virtually, so yes it can be done remotely. We can't give specific visa advice here - whether you would do an in-country or out-of-country application depends on your current visa and its expiry date etc. So that will vary by person, however we will let you know more details if you are successful at getting to offer.
