What are the application stages for the turnaround and restructuring strategy graduate programme please?
Additional information
Hello, I have applied to the Turnaround and Restructuring graduate program (within Strategy and Transactions), I have completed the online assessments including the job simulation. I haven't heard back about how I did on the JS yet but I wondered, if I am successful, what are the next stages? I read that not all programs have experience days and final interviews but wondered if the program that I'm wanting does - just so I can begin to prepare just in case! Thank you:)

Hi Georgie, I am pretty sure all of the graduate programmes have the same application process, as when I did my assessment centre there were people who had applied to all the different programmes there. Not sure if it has changed since then (2019), and as you say if the website says that not all programmes have experience days/final interviews then maybe it has changed, but I am pretty sure for SaT roles you will have an assessment day as the next stage and then a final partner interview. I gave an answer here https://ey-uk.career-inspiration.com/discussion/172414/what-advice-would-you-give-to-the-summer-internship-applicants-for-the-later-stages-of-the-application-process-thanks where I explained a little bit what the assessment day & partner interview are like if you are interested.
In a nutshell, for the partner interview you want a really solid answer to why EY and why the specific role you applied for, and for the assessment day just focus on being confident and collaborative with others. It may also be useful to have some basic knowledge on new technologies like blockchain or AI as they like to incorporate some technology into the day - I think one task we had to do was something along the lines of reading a bit of information on a business alongside some info on 3 technologies and to then recommend one the business could use to improve its operations - but any additional background knowledge you have around those technologies that you can relay to the interviewer, outside of the short bit of info they give you, will look really good :)
Hope this helped, let me know if you have any more questions :)
