Hello to the EY team. I have applied for technology consulting and I got through to the third stage - EY experience day.

I joined EY this September as a graduate and my (virtual) EY Experience Day had two parts to it – a group task and then a few individual tasks (numerical and written).
With the group task, there was around 7 of us candidates and 2 assessors on a Teams call. At the beginning, each candidate was assigned a different section of a case study to read individually. We then had to present a summary of our findings, and agree as team on a business solution.
My tip for this assessment is to refer back to what someone else has said (whether you agree or not) as it shows that you’re listening. However, it's also important to build on what they said so that you contribute your own original ideas.
