What is it like currently in offices in terms of culture and atmosphere? What are the future plans?
Additional information
As we are coming out of the pandemic, I understand EY employees are offered flexibility regarding whether they come into the office or not when it is not essential. I am keen to know therefore: > how busy are offices? > What that means for work life and culture? Some grads have mentioned to me that they aren't best pleased with the fact that it is now more difficult to rub shoulders with and learn from top senior EY employees- as that’s how they claim to have learnt the most. Are there any plans to manage such a situation?

Hi Haaris, in my team we have 'anchor days' where we all try to come in on the same day (at the moment we're doing Weds and Thurs). I've found this really helps with learning from seniors and also helps us bond as a team. It's super flexible though and no one is forced to come in if it doesn't work for them :)
I've found the office is quieter on a Monday and Friday than the rest of the week but it really depends on individual teams and when they choose to go in

Thank you Sophie. The anchor days sounds like a good strategy with after work drinks I imagine.
