For example would all my colleagues know my sexuality , religion , if I’m transgender ect. These are kinda things I prefer to be quiet about

So, of course, this would absolutely not be shared with your colleagues/team at EY. You can always select "prefer not to say" as well to those questions as well on the application form if you wish.
