On the summer internship application form, it says that 'I don't meet the right to work requirement'. What should I do?

On the second page of the application, I said 'Yes' to me being a penultimate year student. Additionally, being an international student on a student visa, I had to say that 'I will require visa sponsorship from EY' under the 'Do you have the right to work permanently in the UK?' question. I then kept the name of my visa (General Student Visa - Tier 4) and kept my expiry date. This is what came up after: "Unfortunately you do not meet our right to work requirement. Please note that this vacancy does not meet the minimum salary requirements set by the UK Home Office for a Tier 2 work visa for international hires. Please ensure you go back and choose another programme. If you decide to proceed with your current choice, this will result in the rejection of your application and/or offer of employment." What should I do about this? Any and all help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, you can't apply to an undergraduate position if you require a VISA with us. We can’t secure Certificates of Sponsorship for internships and fixed-term placements.
That said, if you're already in full-time education in the UK on a Tier 4 (General) visa, you might be able to take up temporary work during your holidays or as part of your studies, under current regulations. Our summer internships run for six weeks, and the Home Office has stated that you’ll need to give us proof of your term times, so we can confirm you’ll only be working in your holidays.
There are no special deadlines for applications for our summer internships, only the ones shown on the programmes pages. All you’ll need is the necessary right to work in the UK, by the time it starts.

Thank you so much for your response Verity! Yes- I am currently on the Tier 4 (General) visa. And so, should I select 'Yes' under the eligibility to work in the UK for the summer internship or discover EY program?
